We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Reservations Agent to join the esteemed team at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, located in Sankt Moritz, Maloja. This position is offered as a seasonal, fixed-term contract with an expected start date of September 15, 2026.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our discerning guests, handling inquiries for both individual and group reservations with confidence, utmost professionalism, and proactive attention to detail. You will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience our guests expect from our luxury property.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Competently managing and processing reservations for individuals and groups
- Maintaining guest databases with absolute accuracy to ensure seamless service delivery and encourage guest loyalty
- Handling feedback and managing any related guest service inquiries with composure and care
- Collaborating effectively with other hotel departments to ensure all guest preferences and booking details are accurately communicated
