Avis Budget Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Driver (Casual) to join the busy team at the Auckland Airport location. In this dynamic Vehicle Return Agent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience as they complete their vehicle journeys.
This is a casual position with shifts as and when needed, ideally suited for candidates who have flexible availability between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Greeting customers warmly and efficiently upon vehicle return
- Inspecting returned vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage
- Processing returns and answering customer queries accurately
- Moving and parking vehicles safely around the airport depot location
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a reliable approach to work. A valid driver’s license is required to safely operate and move company vehicles.
