Al Jazzar Meats is a well-established, family-owned butcher shop located in Lurnea within the Liverpool area. We take pride in providing our local community with a wide range of premium, fresh, and halal-certified meats and specialty products. We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
As our Retail Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth and successful daily operation of our store. You will work closely with our team of professionals to uphold our high standards of quality and customer service, while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities for this full-time position include:
- Planning, organising, and managing all day-to-day retail operations within the store
- Overseeing effective stock control, inventory management, and product selection
- Managing pricing strategies, promotional activities, and overall sales performance
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or feedback
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment in accordance with industry standards
- Leading, guiding, and supporting team members to foster a collaborative and productive workplace
This full-time opportunity comes with an attractive annual salary package ranging between A$70,000 and A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and retail management background.
