Airbus is currently seeking a Digital Deployment Leader to join the team at Airbus Operations in Illescas, Toledo, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional interested in contributing to advanced manufacturing engineering, digital continuity, and operational excellence within a leading global aerospace environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will be integrated into the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Process, Methods, and Tools team. You will operate within a dynamic, multicultural, and multidisciplinary setting, playing a key part in bridging engineering processes directly to the shop floor.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Leading and supporting digital deployment initiatives to ensure seamless digital continuity from engineering designs to manufacturing execution.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across production processes.
- Implementing new manufacturing methods, processes, and tools tailored to the needs of the business.
- Participating in cross-functional projects within a diverse, international corporate environment.
- Contributing to problem-solving and optimization efforts to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
