Genuine Parts Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Auto Parts Interpreter to join the team at Rare Spares Campbellfield, located in the Hume Area. This is a casual, part-time position ideal for someone with a passion for classic vehicles and a strong background in automotive parts.
In this role, you will play a key part in assisting both our do-it-yourself (DIY) and trade customers by providing expert technical product support and sharing your industry knowledge. As part of Rare Spares—the recognized leader in the Australian Classic Holden and Ford restoration market—you will help uphold our proud tradition of delivering exceptional customer service and top-quality products.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Interpreting and identifying correct automotive parts and accessories for a wide range of classic vehicle enquiries.
- Engaging with trade and retail customers in-person and over the phone to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
- Providing accurate technical product support and advice regarding classic Holden and Ford restoration.
- Assisting with daily store operations, stock management, and maintaining a high standard of customer service on the floor.
