Job Summary and Qualifications:
- Performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
- Utilizes therapeutic communication effectively in daily nursing practice.
- Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Monitors patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall clinical status, responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Educates patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions, medications, and post-discharge self-care.
