Hill Bros. is currently seeking professional CDL-A Company Drivers for a full-time regional driving opportunity based out of the Galesburg and greater Chicago, Illinois area. As a regional driver with Hill Bros., you can expect competitive compensation, averaging between $88,000 and $97,000 per year. Our updated pay package features a strong base per-mile rate, supported by production and safety bonuses designed to reward safe, efficient driving habits.
Position Details and Benefits:
- Earn $88,000 to $97,000 per year with opportunities to increase your earnings by staying out longer if desired
- Run approximately 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week
- Home every week, with regional routes that allow you to touch the house during the week as well
- Typically run for 6 to 8 days, followed by a 34 to 48-hour reset at home
- Regional operating area covers points from Denver in the west, Indianapolis in the east, Atlanta in the southeast, and Dallas in the south (no West or East Coast driving)
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience required
