In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle, transporting goods efficiently, and maintaining strong, secure client relationships along your route. Safety is our top priority, and successful drivers are expected to adhere to all Department of Transportation regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Safely driving and maneuvering a CDL-A vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
- Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Accurately completing delivery paperwork and maintaining required logs
- Communicating effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers
- Ensuring timely and secure transport of all assigned loads
