CEVA Logistics is currently seeking dedicated CDL-A Solo and Team Tractor Owner Operator Independent Contractors for full-time opportunities based in Rockford, Winnebago County. In this over-the-road (OTR) role, you will have the opportunity to operate exclusively under CEVA’s authority, hauling 53-foot dry van trailers across all 48 states.
We value our independent contractors and provide the support and flexibility you need to run your business successfully on the road. Qualified candidates are required to have at least one year of driving experience.
Compensation and incentives for this position include:
- Estimated annual earnings of $123,702 per year
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Team Drivers
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Solo Drivers
As a CDL-A Owner Operator with CEVA Freight LLC, typical day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of your equipment, safely transporting freight across long-distance OTR routes, maintaining accurate electronic logs and shipping documentation, and communicating effectively with dispatch regarding load status and delivery schedules.
