Skilled Nursing UK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join Older Persons Mental Health Services on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed nursing professional to make a meaningful impact within a specialized community healthcare setting.
In this role, you will work as a day worker on a 76-hour per fortnight schedule, commencing as soon as possible. For eligible candidates looking to take the next step in their international careers, visa sponsorship and relocation support are available to help facilitate the transition.
Key responsibilities and duties of this position typically include:
- Providing advanced clinical nursing care, guidance, and support specifically tailored to older persons within the mental health service.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care plans for patients in community settings.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive treatment and promote positive mental health outcomes.
- Acting as a resource and clinical mentor for junior nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from NZD 109,767 to NZD 109,767 per year, reflecting a full-time permanent commitment.
