As a Sales Advisor with EE, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:
- Engaging enthusiastically with customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable EE products and services.
- Working towards and striving to exceed personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while actively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborating with supportive team members and contributing to a positive, energetic workplace culture.
- Navigating internal systems efficiently to process orders and manage customer account queries accurately.
