Kevin Gora Pty Ltd, trading as Brook 508 Café & Restaurant located at 1/508 Brookton Hwy in the Roleystone and Armadale area, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook with our establishment, the successful candidate will play an essential role in contributing to our high-quality culinary standards, ensuring efficient day-to-day kitchen operations, and supporting our continued business growth. You will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Main duties and responsibilities associated with this position include:
- Carrying out all standard food preparation and cooking duties efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Assisting with the daily operation, organisation, and maintenance of a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to menu execution and supporting overall kitchen productivity and business growth
