In this Customer Success Manager role, your responsibilities will naturally involve partnering closely with our Korean-speaking customer base to ensure smooth adoption, driving long-term retention, and fostering strong relationships. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:

Managing the ongoing relationship with assigned enterprise customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Facilitating onboarding processes and guiding clients through the effective use of TeamViewer’s digital workplace and AI-driven platforms.
Identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling in coordination with the sales team.
Acting as the primary advocate for your clients internally, collaborating with support, product, and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Providing regular business reviews and insights to clients to demonstrate platform ROI and strategic value.
