AEDHE is seeking a professional Director/a Operaciones Restauración for a full-time position based in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Group’s restaurant business units, ensuring seamless execution across all daily operations.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively bridge the gap between high-level company vision and daily execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve translating strategic directives from management into actionable operational steps while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service across every establishment within the Group.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing the integral operations of the Group’s restaurant business units in Alcalá de Henares.
- Implementing strategic company objectives into daily operational routines.
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring relevant dashboards and business KPIs.
- Ensuring strict compliance with quality and service standards across all company restaurants.
- Serving as a key reference point, coordinator, and support figure for middle management through regular meetings.
- Analyzing sales volumes and managing overall business performance metrics.
