Satnaam Mechanical is seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Slacks Creek, located in the Logan area. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the automotive industry, takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and enjoys working in a collaborative and professional workshop environment.
In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping our workshop running smoothly and our customers safely on the road. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a range of hands-on mechanical and diagnostic tasks to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults across a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Carrying out routine logbook servicing, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
- Performing component replacements, brake and suspension work, and engine diagnostics
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with industry safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace within the workshop
- Communicating effectively with team members regarding repair progress and parts requirements
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
