Financial Solutions Advisor – Stonestown Financial Center

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will work within an in-office culture that offers appropriate flexibility based on role-specific considerations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building personalized financial plans using brokerage products, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Recommending banking and investment strategies that align with individual client needs and financial objectives.
• Triaging client requests and making seamless referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds and specific client needs.
• Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele.
• Mitigating and controlling risk as a standard part of daily activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory due diligence.
• Providing coaching and feedback to referral partners based on a deep knowledge of client needs and recommended product services.

Required qualifications and expectations for this position include:

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. (Candidates holding only the 63 or 65 may receive an offer on the condition that a passing score is achieved for the missing series within 60 days).
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent education.
• Open availability for a Monday through Friday schedule, plus some Saturdays, working a 40-hour workweek on the 1st shift.
• Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system, good standing maintenance, and submission to required background checks.

Desired qualifications that will help you thrive in this role include:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Three or more years of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment.
• Additional professional designations such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
• Obtained insurance licenses.

Compensation and benefits details for this position:

• The annualized salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, with final offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
• This role is formulaic incentive eligible, allowing participation in incentive plans comprised of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities based on performance metrics.
