Healthcarelink is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) for a full-time opportunity located in Manoora, Cairns. This position is situated within a vibrant, mixed-billing practice operating in an MMM2 location with DPA and PFP considerations applicable.
The practice features 10 consulting rooms and currently accommodates a team of 7 doctors working across both full-time and part-time arrangements. It is a busy, appointment-based clinic that also welcomes walk-in patients, supported by a 3-month guarantee. Clinical operations are managed using Best Practice software.
As a General Practitioner at this clinic, your daily responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive healthcare services to a culturally diverse patient demographic. Clinical duties encompass a broad spectrum of general practice care, including indigenous and refugee health, travel medicine, occupational healthcare, as well as family, women’s, and men’s health.
The facility is well-equipped to support patient care and clinical workflows, featuring two treatment rooms and 2 to 3 nurses on duty depending on the schedule. Additionally, patients benefit from on-site allied health services, including psychology and dietetics, facilitating a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient outcomes.
