Acclime is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Singapore People & Culture function. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with business leaders to support overall business objectives, drive employee engagement, execute workforce planning initiatives, and enhance organisational effectiveness across the firm.
As our Human Resources Manager, you will take full ownership of managing the People & Culture portfolios for key business units, including Corporate Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, and Funds. Additionally, you will provide strong leadership, mentorship, and daily guidance to the local People & Culture team, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company goals.
Core responsibilities associated with this position typically include:
- Partnering with department heads to understand strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly
- Overseeing full-lifecycle HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations for assigned business units
- Driving employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes
- Assisting with workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness projects
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies, local labor regulations, and best practices
- Mentoring and supporting the professional growth of the Singapore People & Culture team
