As part of our team, you will begin your journey as a Technician Trainee. In this role, you will be thoroughly trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician through our comprehensive training program. Upon completing the program, you will be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your duties.
Key responsibilities and expectations for this role include:
- Participating actively in the training program to learn proper auto glass repair and installation techniques
- Handling, repairing, and replacing vehicle glass safely and accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and vehicle
- Following all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients and team members
