HelloFresh Australia is seeking a dedicated and analytical Inventory and Supply Planner to join the team on a full-time basis, located in The Rocks, Sydney. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, taking responsibility for the tactical execution of the Integrated Planning loop for your assigned categories while carefully balancing robust inventory control with efficient supply chain execution.
Working closely with and under the guidance of the Supply Planning Lead, you will serve as the strategic gatekeeper for network capacity. Your day-to-day focus will involve driving alignment and collaboration across multiple internal teams, including Procurement Operations, Strategic Procurement, Menu, Product, Culinary, and Forecasting, to ensure smooth operational excellence and delivery.
Key responsibilities in this dynamic supply chain role typically include:
- Executing the Integrated Planning loop for assigned product categories to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory to minimize waste and prevent stockouts within the supply network.
- Acting as a key contact point and strategic gatekeeper for managing network capacity constraints.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, Culinary, Product, and Forecasting teams to align supply plans with overarching business goals.
- Identifying and helping to resolve operational bottlenecks across the supply chain.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory and planning workflows.
