Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Providing high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health therapy to individuals, couples, or families

- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards
- Navigating insurance panels and credentialing seamlessly through the Headway platform
- Managing your own scheduling and client load flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at a Master’s level or above
- Hold a recognized professional license such as LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, or equivalent credentials required for practice
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective telehealth or virtual mental health services
- A strong commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional standards
