Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time basis in the East Bowral and broader Bowral area. As part of our founding Allied Health team, you will play an important role in delivering person-centred occupational therapy services. We keep things simple at Omnia by focusing strongly on our people and the individuals we support, ensuring you have the backing you need to succeed in your role.
Key responsibilities for this position typically involve:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for participants
- Working collaboratively with participants, their families, and support networks to achieve meaningful, goal-oriented outcomes
- Providing evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in alignment with professional standards
- Contributing positively to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team culture
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current relevant professional registration
- A genuine passion for inclusive employment and empowering participants
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a supportive team
