Clean Harbors is currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Owner Operator with a Class A CDL to join our team on a full-time basis, operating out of the Marshfield and Plymouth County area. In this OTR Class A Dry Van role, you will primarily run established routes from Braintree, MA to El Dorado, AR, averaging between 2,800 and 3,000 miles per week while maintaining an unwavering commitment to our core value of health and safety.
As an Owner Operator with Clean Harbors, your day-to-day responsibilities will include safely transporting freight over-the-road while strictly adhering to all federal, state, and company regulations. You will be expected to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your equipment, maintain accurate electronic logs of your driving and on-duty time, and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route progress and any potential delays. Ensuring that all freight is properly secured and delivered efficiently and securely remains a top priority in this position.
We offer a competitive compensation structure with an annual earning potential of $123,543, alongside structured opportunities for consistent mileage and weekly home time. Our comprehensive pay package is designed to support our drivers, including compensation for all on-duty time via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and standard mileage pay.
