As a Family Medicine Physician specializing in Virtual Care, you will focus on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families. You will be trained to care for patients of various ages, diagnosing and treating a wide range of health concerns. As an integral part of our multi-specialty team, you will coordinate care with specialty physicians and other members of the patient care network.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and see patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patient appointments and corporate physicals.
• Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, with on-call duties required approximately once per month (either a weekday or a shared weekend day) to answer phone calls from patients.
• Perform annual physicals and wellness exams.
• Deliver comprehensive preventive medicine services.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO).
• Accredited Family Medicine Residency training.
• Licensed or willing to obtain a license in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status.
• Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is preferred.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and potential bonuses based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, productivity, and performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
