Optum is currently seeking a dedicated Physician in Family Medicine to join our team at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – North Channel, located in the Seattle, WA area. In this ambulatory care role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families, helping us build a high-performance health care system that delivers quality outcomes.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess an MD or DO degree.
- Hold an undergraduate degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- Meet all applicable state licensing and credentialing requirements for practice in Washington.
Key responsibilities in this Family Medicine ambulatory role typically include:
- Providing routine health screenings, preventative care, and wellness exams.
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses across a diverse patient population.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating specialty care as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records for all patient encounters.
- Communicating effectively with patients and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
