We are currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians interested in practicing community hematology and oncology at our comprehensive, QOPI-certified cancer centers. In this role, you will practice the full breadth of medical oncology and malignant or benign hematology alongside a collaborative physician group, supported by a thriving primary care and specialty physician referral base, outstanding nursing assistance, and a multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities and clinical support services include:
- Providing high-quality patient care across the full spectrum of hematology and oncology
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment to drive higher quality and patient satisfaction
- Utilizing a full suite of patient services including Radiation Oncology, Clinical Trials, Palliative Care, Nutrition, Social Work, Specialty Pharmacy, Telephone Triage, and Oral Chemotherapy Navigation
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an approved training program in the United States
- Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- 1+ years of Hematology/Oncology experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is considered a preferred qualification
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $317,500 to $595,500, with total cash compensation including base pay and performance- or productivity-based bonuses. Eligible employees may also receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions, subject to standard eligibility requirements.
