ALTEN Italia is seeking a motivated and talented PLC Developer to join our team in the Province of Modena, Emilia-Romagna. As part of our dynamic Industry sector, you will contribute to exciting projects supporting the development and technological innovation strategies of our clients across major industrial fields.

In this role as a PLC Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and testing programmable logic controller (PLC) software for industrial automation systems.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize industrial processes.
- Ensuring the high performance, safety, and reliability of our clients’ technological and automation systems.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience in PLC programming and industrial automation environments.
- Familiarity with standard automation software tools and programming languages, such as IEC 61131-3.
- A degree in Engineering (such as Electronic, Automation, or Computer Engineering) or an equivalent technical background.
- Good communication skills in both Italian and English to enable effective interaction with international clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
