Asuria is currently seeking a dedicated Pre-Employment Pathway Specialist to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Based in the Melbourne region, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Victoria.
In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in helping participants build essential skills while assisting employers in meeting their workforce needs. You will be responsible for guiding individuals through customized pathways, connecting them with sustainable employment opportunities, and ensuring they receive the support necessary to succeed.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Engaging and supporting participants to identify their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
- Designing and facilitating pre-employment training or pathway programs that bridge the gap between job seekers and employers.
- Building strong relationships with local employers to understand their hiring needs and source suitable job opportunities for participants.
- Collaborating with internal teams to monitor participant progress and provide ongoing guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with organizational standards and program requirements.
