Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care is currently seeking qualified Radiology Technicians to join our dedicated healthcare team on a part-time basis in Tullahoma, Coffee County. We are looking for experienced ARRT Radiology Technicians or Limited License X-Ray Technicians who are committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
In this role, you will play a vital part in patient care by performing diagnostic x-ray testing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve applying your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure proper body mechanics and safe patient movement. You will safely operate diagnostic equipment, handle film development, and thoroughly prepare examination rooms with all necessary supplies and equipment prior to procedures.
- Perform diagnostic x-ray exams accurately and efficiently following physician orders and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate proper body mechanics and assist with safe patient movement and positioning.
- Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring proper function and safety standards.
- Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and necessary supplies for each scheduled procedure.
- Perform supportive Medical Assistant duties as required to support clinic operations and patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare standards.
This part-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $128,546, structured proportionally for part-time hours.
