Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte (fwp), one of Austria’s leading corporate law firms located in Vienna, is currently looking for a dedicated Rechtsanwält:in Corporate Restructuring (d/f/m) to join our team. With around 140 employees, including over 70 legal professionals, we combine specialized expertise with years of experience to deliver exceptional results for our clients within interdisciplinary practice groups.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our corporate restructuring practice, working alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic and professional environment. Your responsibilities will typically involve:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients in the areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency law
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and restructuring plans
- Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams across the firm to develop holistic solutions
- Directly communicating with clients, courts, and other stakeholders involved in restructuring proceedings
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A completed law degree (Mag. iur. or Dr. iur.) obtained in Austria
- Relevant professional experience in corporate law, restructuring, or insolvency
- Passed Austrian bar exam (Rechtsanwaltsprüfung)
- Strong analytical skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and an ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent command of both German and English
