Key responsibilities for this role generally include:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care tailored to each patient’s individualized rehabilitation plan.
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team of therapists, physicians, and specialists.
- Monitoring patient progress, managing medications, and documenting clinical notes accurately.
- Educating patients and their families on recovery milestones, self-care techniques, and ongoing health management.
- Maintaining a safe, compassionate, and healing environment centered on patient dignity and comfort.
