As a Respiratory Therapist CRT PRN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team on an as-needed basis. Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Demonstrating proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care as defined by your training and competency demonstrations.
- Executing multidisciplinary assigned skills and clinical procedures accurately and safely.
- Assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with various respiratory conditions and needs.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient medical records.
- Adhering strictly to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards.
The compensation for this PRN position is structured at $137,372 per year (annualized equivalent).
