As a Respiratory Therapist Lead, you will play an essential and dynamic role in guiding patients through both routine care and critical moments. - Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient electronic health records
- Ensuring equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use in critical situations
