We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in West Lutton, Malton. In this role, you will be the driving force behind your restaurant, fostering a culture where people can be original, individual, and fresh. We come to work to be ourselves, and to make something of ourselves, and we need a leader who can champion that ethos.
As our Restaurant General Manager, your key responsibilities will typically include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and motivating work environment.
- Managing financial performance, including driving sales, controlling costs, and meeting restaurant profitability targets.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and security regulations across all shifts.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes to maintain product quality and availability.
- Building strong connections within the local West Lutton and Malton community.
