In this leadership role, your responsibilities will naturally encompass a variety of important restaurant management duties, including:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate crew to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Upholding high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness across the restaurant
- Driving team engagement and creating a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
- Overseeing general administrative and operational tasks in alignment with brand standards
