We are currently looking for a motivated Retail Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis in the Auburn area.
As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers and maintaining high standards of presentation and service. You will lead by example, supporting team members and driving store performance in a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Managing daily retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Providing expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clientele.
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting product or service issues, and coordinating repair service requests efficiently.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assisting with stock management, ordering, and administrative tasks as required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of A$70,000 to A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in retail management who is passionate about customer satisfaction and team leadership.
