Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician and become a vital part of the team that keeps the UK moving. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Roadside Technician to be based in Heyrod, Stalybridge, offering an attractive earning potential of £60,000 per year.
In this dynamic role, you will be the face of the RAC, providing roadside assistance and mechanical repairs to motorists in need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve diagnosing and resolving a wide range of vehicle faults at the roadside, getting our members safely on their way, and delivering exceptional customer service during what can often be a stressful situation for drivers.
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence with no excessive penalty points
