We are currently seeking a full-time Roadside Technician to join our team in the UK, specifically working within the Coventry cluster, covering areas such as Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Kenilworth, and Leamington Spa.
In this dynamic role, you will be on the front line of customer service and roadside assistance. We organise work locally so you can conveniently start and finish your day at home, focusing your working hours on helping our members get back on the road safely and efficiently.
We offer a robust compensation package for this full-time position:
- A market-competitive base salary of £42,921.87, which is inclusive of a night allowance.
- An average On-Target Earnings (OTE) range extending up to £60,000 per year, reflecting your hard work and dedication.
Key responsibilities for a Roadside Technician typically include:
- Attending to members who have experienced vehicle breakdowns at the roadside or at their home.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using your technical expertise and specialized equipment.
- Carrying out efficient roadside repairs to get vehicles moving again whenever possible.
- Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to distressed or stranded motorists.
- Maintaining accurate records of jobs completed and managing vehicle parts and equipment effectively.
