Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker on a full-time basis in Stockingford, Nuneaton. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily lives of vulnerable young people, helping them navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and build pathways toward becoming well-rounded adults.

Key responsibilities typically include:
- Supporting the day-to-day care, routine, and development of children and young people residing in the home.
- Acting as a positive role model and offering guidance through both challenging moments and everyday activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues and shift leaders to maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment.
- Encouraging young people to engage in educational, recreational, and social activities to build their confidence and life skills.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual care plans and support strategies.
Compensation and benefits for this full-time position include a salary of £35,787 per year, with potential earnings reaching between £36,231 and £40,640 assuming good attendance and undertaking up to four sleep-ins per month.
