We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Project Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Humberstone, Leicester. In this role, you will be a vital technical driver behind the design, installation, and execution of high-impact capital projects that keep our high-speed manufacturing sites operating at the cutting edge.
You will join us as a key, active member of our vibrant engineering community and local site technical team. Your day-to-day efforts will directly support production capabilities, ensuring that engineering initiatives are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our broader operational goals.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Managing and delivering capital engineering projects from initial design through to installation and final execution.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional site technical teams to optimize high-speed manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring all engineering works comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges and providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, timelines, and communication across stakeholders.
