PINKO, an established fashion brand known for creating collections that unite creativity, contemporaneity, and a distinct Italian spirit, is currently seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team in the Province of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. Since 1980, our mission has been to inspire women to express themselves with confidence and authenticity through every brand experience.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading both the sales team and the daily operations of the boutique. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience that reflects our brand’s values, making every woman feel special and valued.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Guiding, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Managing daily store operations, including visual merchandising standards, inventory control, and administrative duties.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming, engaging store environment.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to drive business growth within the boutique.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all aspects of the in-store experience, from styling to client service.
