We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team in Ambrose, Coffee County, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in leading daily store operations, supporting your team, and delivering the level of service our customers expect. You will be responsible for guiding store activities to meet company standards for sales performance, visual presentation, and operational efficiency.
As a Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Leading, training, and developing store team members to build a strong, motivated workforce
- Driving sales results by monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to grow revenue
- Ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that aligns with company guidelines
- Managing inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and compliance with company policies
