HBX Group is seeking a Strategic FP&A Leader – Performance & Growth to join our team in Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares. In this key leadership role, you will head the HBX FP&A function, overseeing core financial planning activities designed to support our ongoing expansion and strategic objectives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve driving critical financial processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key duties for this role include:
- Leading core FP&A activities, including comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial performance analysis.
- Managing and developing a fast-growing finance function within a dynamic work environment.
- Producing high-quality board reporting and executive-level presentations to inform leadership.
- Building complex financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic business opportunities.
- Partnering with senior leaders across the organization to guide key strategic decisions and drive business growth.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess strong financial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced corporate setting. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is considered a distinct advantage. Based out of our Palma office, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company’s financial direction.
