UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team for a night shift position. This full-time, 13-week contract opportunity is located in the Parker and Douglas County area, offering healthcare professionals the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive hospital environment.
In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care in the surgical setting, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure safe and efficient operating room procedures. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, circulating or scrubbing duties as qualified, preparing the sterile field, monitoring patients throughout procedures, and documenting care accurately.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid eNLC multistate privileges
- Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Compensation and Schedule Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time contract, 72 hours per pay period (two weeks)
- Shift: Nights
- Annualized Compensation Equivalent: $83,343 per year (based on hourly rate plus applicable travel packages, stipends, or local traveler contract options for eligible candidates residing within 75 miles)
