Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurture Teacher to join the team at Belmont Secondary School located in Rawtenstall (BB4 6RX), serving the Townsend Fold and Rossendale area. This is a permanent, term-time only position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a fixed salary of £39,000 per annum (not pro rata).

Key responsibilities and duties for the Nurture Teacher position typically include:
- Designing and delivering engaging, nurturing educational programs tailored to students with specific social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students to foster a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborating closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to monitor student progress and wellbeing.
- Adapting the curriculum to support individual learning journeys and help pupils overcome barriers to education.
- Maintaining a positive classroom environment that promotes emotional regulation and personal growth.
