In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of our Rapid Response Team, providing critical assessment, timely intervention, and expert clinical support across various hospital units to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to respond to acute changes in patient status and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Responding promptly to rapid response calls and medical emergencies throughout the facility
- Assessing patients experiencing acute clinical deterioration and initiating appropriate interventions
- Collaborating with physicians, staff nurses, and other healthcare team members to stabilize patients
- Providing ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of patient status
- Educating and supporting bedside staff in recognizing early signs of patient decline
- Maintaining clinical competencies and adhering to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
